The day represents the third copy of the 21st chromosome and is recognized by the United Nations as a time to promote the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with Down syndrome in all areas of life. Together with Sale Sharks, Get The Fax participated in a joint awareness campaign, aiming to shine a spotlight on the incredible contributions that individuals with Down syndrome make to society — and to promote greater inclusion and understanding in workplaces, schools, and beyond.
